Ho Chi Minh City has signed an MoU with Nasdaq to develop the Vietnam International Financial Center, marking a major step in connecting Vietnam’s capital market with the world. The partnership covers five areas: strategic governance, legal framework, technology, talent training, and financial connectivity. Meanwhile, Da Nang is building a green, innovative, and sustainable financial hub by 2030, focusing on international finance, fintech, and advisory services.
